He has more than 18 years of diversified exposure to HR Strategry, HR Generalist, HR Operations & Policies, Processes. As an HR Professionals, Ashish Gakrey is very well networked, social medial savvy & dynamic personality within HR Community.

Currently he is working for Capgemini India Pvt Ltd at the capacity of Program Manager HR based out of Mumbai. Before Capgemini, he worked for Serco Global (Erstwhile Intelenet Global) & Loop Mobile (Erstwhile BPL Mobile) as Sr Manager - HR & based at Mumbai.

Ashish Gakrey is founder of world largest HR Networking group called “HR Shapers” having presence Global and PAN India presence (50 locations, 25 countries 5 region) He also Founded More Than HR Global as well in 2002. He is Past President of HR Infotech Association (HRIA) for the year of 2012-2013 - HR forum for IT / ITES HR Professionals. Ashish Gakrey was also Executive Committee NHRD Mumbai Chapter twice.

He Stated his career with Grid Consultant as Management Trainee then worked with Grey Cells & Max Search. Subsequently, he joined Zycus Infotech where he spent more than 6 years in setting up & building HR dept.

He graduated MBA in HR from IME, Pune in the year of 1995-1997. Before MBA, he achieved Master of Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (MLL & LW) from Symbiosis, Pune in the year of 1993-1995. He studied upto 2nd year LLB from Symbiosis Law Collage. He is born & brought up in Bhopal. He stays in Mumbai with his wife, school going lovely son & cute daughter.
