In the position of Chief Learning Officer for Sun Microsystems India, he leads an organization responsible for Customer, Partner, Employee and Community Learning. For these distinct constituencies, he is responsible for product and technical training, executive learning, business, management and professional skill development, sales and services learning , and adoption of Sun Technologies in India.

He has about 19+ years of experience in various capacities in the areas of Office Automation and Computer Education; from, Profit Centre Head, Operations Head, Regional Manager, and Channel Management to Head - Education. Activities involved selling of Photocopiers at Modi Xerox, Marketing of Educational Services, Corporate Training, Establishing Franchise Network Business Development and Operations at Aptech Limited.

In his last assignment, has led Education sales for 7 years at Oracle India from 1996 - 2003 the last two years handling Telecom and Government verticals. Representing Oracle India, have lead Oracle School for Advance Software Technology at IIIT ( Indian Institute Information Technology ) , Hyderabad and worked as Member – Academic Council. He worked closely with Govt.of Andhra Pradesh to the growth of IIIT, Hyderabad with strong belief of taking Industry – Academia collaboration.

Starting 2004, working as Chief Learning Officer, at Sun Microsystems India where he is responsible for all aspects of Sun Learning Services business which includes Customer learning, Partner learning, Employee learning, and Community Learning apart from high degree of interaction with Governments of various states and Academia which includes NASSCOM and CII.
