Dr. Gamal has over 20 years experience in Training and Development in the Middle East, Korea, and Japan with particular specialization in the fields of Strategic Management, Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour. Whilst a Professor of Management in Korea and Japan he made major contributions to the QCC functions of several corporations and assisted thousands of employees to leverage and sharpen their management competencies through value added training and coaching sessions. He is the author of several books and papers on management and is a Certified consultant and professional from the Royal Society of Arts and the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry in UK.Hay Group in USA , Australian Human Resource Institute in Australia. At present he is the Acting CEO of the Dubai Institute for Human Resource Development in Dubai,UAE. |
