I just wanted to drop a note to say that it has truly been my pleasure to have known you in the past 2 days.

It looked to me that you almost single-handedly put together the HRD Congress event. That is nothing short of amazing. Plus the fact that you lecture, had written 20+ books and of course uncountable articles, and run your own business after being an iconic success in corporate HR, I would have only been able to admire you from afar, but the fore chance of being invited to this event by my India colleagues. In that, I have them to thank.

However, I do have one humble request....I ask you sir, that you slow down once in a while. You have quite aobviously a magnificent mind, the heart of a lion, and an energy level to be envied by a 25 year old. But we are flesh and blood. As Marshall Goldsmith has said (paraphrasingly), its all a matter of balance. And being out of balance does not mean much when we are near our end, which is as certain as taxes as we all know.

I look forward to staying in touch, and will continue to keep a lookout for your exploits and adventures, and successes, which I hope to hear, will be from both professional and personal fronts the next time we meet.

I enjoyed Jogi (Microsoft) presentation which was so well encapsulated, and made things look so simple. As we all know, that happens, when our science, becomes an art.

Again, I wish you well sir, and look forward to staying in touch.
