Currently he is pursuing his passion of facilitating conversations with executive teams that bring clarity through articulation of behavioural statements to their values. He continues to work on the implementation of integration of behavioural competencies and values into performance management, high potential identification and succession planning.  He is the author of “The Talent Edge” (Wiley and Sons, 2001) and “Inside the Box: Leading With Corporate Values to Drive Sustained Business Success” (Jossey-Bass, 2006).
