Mr. Xu Yandong, M.A. International Business and Culture Studies of University Passau, Germany, born in Nanjing, PR China, is living for more than 12 years in Germany. He has more than 12 years of experience as a consultant in the fields of strategy, intercultural management and human resources development.

As Managing Director, he is working internationally for the Academy for Asia Value Management. He has long-term experience working in different cultural settings, supporting major organisational change processes, improving cross cultural understanding and enhancing leadership competences.
