Employed with International SOS since 2000, start up CEO for their India business operations. He has pioneered the setting up of 24-hr Global Medical, Travel & Security Emergency Assistance services for corporate and non-corporate organizations in India. He has been instrumental in setting a number of employee wellness and health & safety related initiatives for admired employers in India. He has introduced for the first time in India awareness among the HR leadership community the global best practice of “Duty of Care” towards their globally mobile work force and propagating the paradigm of “one global corporate citizen” for Indian MNC organizations. He has more than 24 years of work experience in India and overseas and has served in a number of senior positions in international business organizations like Britannia, PepsiCo and Allied Domecq plc prior to joining International SOS in November 2000.
