First and foremost, he is the evangelist for HCL’s Employee First Philosophy that, under his leadership, has won wide global recognition, including being the first example of Indian organization being featured as a case study with Harvard Business School. He champions several unique and exciting HR programs and practices like Leadership Development 2010, Career Power, Employee First Goal Matrix, i4excel- a robust Performance Management system, Women First Initiative, New Hire assimilation and engagement, HR Business Partnership, HR Automations, HR Connect which is the knowledge repository for HR, HR Learning & Certifications Academy Employee engagement initiatives- the most unique one being Employee First Councils, etc. He also led HR function of HCL Comnet from 1996-2003 during its growth and transformation journey. He has 27 years of rich and diverse experience across all HR functions in reputed organizations like Nestle, L&T, Tata Unisys, Apollo Tyres and Office Tiger.
