Tan Hok Eng has served as Director for NEWS Training & Coaching (M) Sdn. Bhd. since 2010, he is actively conducting HR Consultancy and Coaching to manufacturing, engineering, Oil and Gas Industry.

He started his career in the Industrial provider service industry, has over 18years of management experiences, holding various positions, from Product Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, Business Development to General Manager with leading companies. After leaving the corporate world, he embarked on a career in training and coaching. With his management experience, he continues to guide management teams, as board member and leadership coach, of various companies in Malaysia.

Tan Hok Eng, a MBA graduate from the Charles Sturt University (CSU), Australia, is a certified practitioner of Neuro-linguistic programming, Certified Trainer under HDRF Malaysia (Certificate TTT/3542) and Certified Organizational Coach by N.E.W.S Coaching & Training Sarl, Swiss leading developer of self-navigation tools and coaching systems.
