Associate Professor Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra is Chief Researcher of the Leadership Research Group, College of Management, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. His research on vision-based leadership, particularly his theory of organizational vision, has been internationally acclaimed by both management scholars and practitioners. In Thailand, he is a pioneer in the application of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s philosophy of Sufficiency Economy in the business sector.
