Mr. Shashank Teotia, has a vast experience of over 9 years in the realms of Human Resource Management in various capacities with some of the most reputed organizations across industries. Having commenced his professional career in hospitality industry; he went on to work with Café coffee Day and Apollo post his masters degree. Currently serving mother dairy fruit and vegetable private limited as Deputy General Manager, Transformational HR and New Initiative he is extensively contributing in bringing about radical change in HR practices and processes. His work entails Organization development, Talent Management and engagement.

He holds enviable experience of handling diverse workforce with his previous assignments with mother dairy which range from handling the largest business unit of his current organization which encompassed active participation in union related issues as well.

He holds two fold masters degree i.e. Masters in Labour laws and Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis university. Currently he is perusing his doctorate in the area of Organization Behaviour from Faculty of Management Studies , university of Delhi.
