Scott Friedman, CSP, (Certified Speaking Professional), 2004-05 President of the National Speakers Association, is the author of 2 books and co-author of 4 others. His latest book, “The Celebration Factor” includes research from 32 countries on the effective use of celebration in the workplace.
Scott has a sales and marketing background and for more than 26 years he has been traveling the globe sharing 'how to' techniques and practical ideas on customer and employee engagement, and using humor as a tool.
He founded “Together We Can Change the World,” a non-profit devoted to improving the lives of orphans in Southeast Asia and now spends 25% his time in Southeast Asia.
