She has set up and managed training & development functions for building of capability and commitment. She has identified performance obstacles & designed solutions in line with organizational requirements. She has designed and deployed OD projects resulting in improved organizational effectiveness. She has set up and managed Learning Management System, training centers. She has set up and managed Leadership Development and Talent Management Framework and Interventions.
