Rajita Singh in many ways represents the changing face of Indian IT/ITES industry, where human resource professionals are increasingly becoming strategic partners to the core functions. A management graduate by education, Rajita has been in IT/ITES industry since 2000. Starting her career as a recruiter, she has progressively taken diversified roles and increasing responsibilities across the HR function. Her competencies range from HR operations, learning and development, associate engagement, performance management and gender inclusivity programs. Her expertise is in “Successful Strategic initiatives through innovation and improvisation”. She has a keen interest in “Personnel Development” through “Coaching and Mentoring” techniques.
Currently she is the Head Human Resources of Broadridge Financial Solutions (India) Private Limited, Hyderabad; a wholly owned subsidiary of the US based Broadridge Financial solutions Inc (BR). Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., formerly ADP Brokerage Services Group, with over $2.2 billion in revenues and more than 40 years of experience, is a leading global provider of technology-based outsourcing solutions to the financial services industry. Broadridge provides advanced, integrated systems and services that are dependable, scalable and cost-efficient for investor communication, securities processing, and clearing and outsourcing solutions.
Prior to this she was Heading Recruitment of ADP Private Limited, Hyderabad; a wholly owned subsidiary of the US based Automatic Data Processing, Inc (ADP). With approximately US $ 8 billion in revenues and 550,000 clients, ADP is one of the largest providers of a broad range of premier mission-critical, cost effective transaction processing and information-based business solutions in selected markets on a global basis. At ADP India she was heading the recruitment, learning and development, associate engagement functions across all business verticals.
Away from work, she has an interesting mix of experiencing speed driving fast cars and calm through her spirituality. She has been able to bring in the same calmness in fast pace workplace through her innovative HR practices.
