Started career with M/s. Eicher Motors in Sales & Marketing

This experience held in good stead, when upon a career shift to Indian Oil, Corporation Ltd. Wherein instrumental in increasing the market share of IndianOil in its aviation business in the markets assigned

Extensive experience in HRD covering the entire gamut of talent management and organizational development initiatives

Special expertise in assessment centers, competency mapping, designing performance management systems, mentoring processes, succession planning, TQM and balanced score card

Instrumental in launching several T&D initiatives for the first time in IndianOil to transform T&D objective with the business goals of IndianOil– online extensive TNI surveys, Leadership development programs, implementation of Kirkpatrick’s model of evaluation of training effectiveness (upto even Level 4 for key programs), e-learning and Learning Management System, assessment / development centers & competence based trainings

Have handled special responsibilities that included Designing and execution of Organization wide HR Survey on HR capability & service effectiveness -2011, On-line 360 degree feedback -2010, Leadership Mirroring Survey (Unique Ballot Box method)- 2008,Engagement Survey and HR Satisfaction Survey -2007, HR Climate Survey -2002

While being the All-India Training Head of Marketing Division, T&D, Marketing Division has won the Golden Peacock National Training Award, 2011

Receiving ISTD Award - 2010 (Runners-up) for “Innovative Training Practices”

Among the winners of 5th Employer Branding Awards for “Excellence in Training” and Shine.com Award for “Best Learning & Development Strategy” at the World HRD Congress held at Mumbai in February 2011

Developed Business Case Study on Decision Making by taking a case of a real incident of an IndianOil Petrol Pump

Jointly Prepared a research paper on “HRD as Business Enabler and Energizer” at HRD Round-Table Conference of Indian Industries in 2004

Defended thesis work on “Knowledge Management in Aviation & Sales Disciplines in IndianOil” as a precursor to International MBA Degree
