Col. R.B.Gowardhan (Retd.), P.G. in Weapon Technology and Management (HR). Qualified trainer and interviewer. Held various important assignments in the Army including commanding Artillery Unit in J. & K. and Dy. President of Services Selection Board. After taking premature retirement from Army in Dec.2007, joined as Executive Director (HR) of Asia’s biggest Power Distribution Company, M.S.E.D.C.L. During last four years with M.S.E.D.C.L. contributed to bring in many significant changes in H.R. Management and won many laurels and awards.

Written on various H.R. subjects and was founder editor of Army Journal on Selection System.
