Rajesh Padmanabhan is the head of human resources for all businesses at Capgemini India.

He has over 26 years of integrated experience in IT & Systems, Corporate banking, functional consulting and global human resources across industries including I.T, banking, hospitality, financial services and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Capgemini, he was the EVP & Global head of Human Resources for Patni Computer Services and a member of the global management board.

He served as EVP and Group head of human resources for the Oberoi group, Global Director of Human Capital for Essel Propack and the ICICI group in various roles in systems, corporate banking, leasing, SAP consulting and global H.R.

With his master’s degrees in management specializing in human resources and finance, he brings a mix of business and human resources background, which is critical and strategic in maximizing human capital output.
