Ms. Priscilla Tan is the Human Resource Director – Asia & South Africa, which covers 13 countries in the region through 6 operating Human Resource teams. She is the Human Resources Business Partner to Kellogg's regional functions and is responsible for strategic planning, directing and functional business partnering to drive talent capability building across Asia and South Africa.

She started her career with Kellogg in Malaysia and spent the last 12-year in various HR roles across the region, with her last assignment leading Greater China HR team prior current role.  She has held the Regional Organization Effectiveness, Compensation & Benefits Lead roles respectively prior moving into General HR Management Lead roles in the region where she had championed culture transformation and major optimization initiatives in emerging markets besides achieving best team recognition by the business.

Ms. Priscilla holds an MBA in Human Resources and Bachelor Science (Honours) degree in Agribusiness/Food Science from University of Putra, Malaysia.
