Preeti Gupta is President Rewards & Performance Management, Aditya Birla Group.

As part of Group Human Resources, the role has strategic overview of the Reward and related practices across businesses, globally, including M&A and startups.

Over 12 year span with the Aditya Birla Group, she has also been responsible for Organisation Effectiveness at the Group level.

In earlier roles Preeti has worked been a Rewards Consultant and an HR Generalist. She has worked with Hewitt Associates, Parasrampuria Industries and Pertech Computers, prior to joining the Aditya Birla Group.

Preeti has 21 years of HR experience. Her areas of interest include – Rewards as an competitive advantage for business, Role clarity and Organisation design and Engaging High Performance workforce.

Preeti has a post graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial relations from XLRI.
