Topic: "The digital transformation of learning and talent development and how it impacts business              and society"

Petter Andersson is the VP of Learning & Development of Ericsson. He established Ericsson Academy in 2009, serving >100.000 Ericsson employees, customers and other stakeholders worldwide. His business experiences stretches from Sales Management, Strategic Consulting, M&A and large scale change projects before stepping into HR. He has lived in and worked with multiple countries and cultures. For more than 6 years, Petter has been part of the group HR Leadership Team at Ericsson. He is contributing to the whole talent strategy, but with a specific focus on employee development and learning culture exploring the virtualization and digitalization of learning and knowledge. He is also expanding the company's approach to learning, and how it can support the customer relations, employer brand and a corporate responsibility agenda. Petter owns a M.Sc. in Business and Economics from Uppsala University.
