Naowarat Bumrungchit is Senior Vice President, assigned to Chairman Office to ins:tu:onalize C.P. Leadership Center for C.P. Group, to transform C.P. Group leaders to the next level of global leaders responding to Chairman Dhanin Charavanon Leadership Model. Prior to the posi:on, Naowarat headed Leadership Development of Thailand largest ago-­‐industrial food company “Charoen Pokaphan Public Company” (CPF), a subsidiaries companies operate in 27 countries around the globe. Naowarat major achievements are in building talent pipeline with global capability and most of all transforming knowledge capital, capability and leadership on to business success. She ins:tu:onalizes CPF Global Learning Center providing innova:ve leaning tools for CPF leaders around the globe.

Naowarat has over 25 years of experience and profound believe in human resource development. She started her first 5 years experiences at Marke:ng Training Center, Siam Cement (SCC) as Academic Advisor; there she developed career development plan and training system, roadmap and handbook with toolkit for marke:ng, sale, aWer sale services

Naowarat as Vice President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand played the key role in ins:tu:onalized Thailand Securi:es Ins:tute to func:on as a center for licensing examina:ons and con:nuous, innova:ve educa:on and training programs for industry prac::oners and investors through series of lectures, workshops, seminars, computer-­‐based training sessions and other relevant technology. She devoted her personal :me to develop mentoring program for volunteer instructors to sustain long term growth. She also wrote 2 pocket books as mentor’s hand book on being high technology instructor and using blended learning as key success in transferring knowledge in a simple way.

Beside Naowarat's hands -­‐ on experiences, her profound consul:ng exper:se at Coopers & Lybrand Thailand aWer SCC, IAM Consultancy and Hewi^ Associates (Thailand) prior to joining C.P. was in the area of strategy design for human resource development and organiza:on development & alignment.

Naowarat is a Fulbright MS. graduated in Instruc:onal Design, Development and Evalua:on from Syracuse University. She contributes her :me to share her experience as a speaker in HR Associa:ons in Thailand and Universi:es in strategic people development, global talent management, succession planning, HRD organiza:on design and reengineering learning solu:on for high performance workforce, performance management, knowledge management, learning system design and innova:ve technology for learning.
