As the worldwide head of the People & Organization practice, Rajan is responsible for the development and growth of HR Advisory services of Ernst & Young which is a leading professional services firm with 152,000 people based in 695 offices in over 140 countries. Rajan has been accorded the “HR Professional of the Year 2008” for excellence and contribution to human resources function by NHRDN. With over two and half decades of work experience, in both industry and consulting across many functions, his expertise’s spans the entire HR value chain. Rajan was the former National President of NHRD Network 2009-11, the country’s largest association of nearly 10,000 professionals and 30 Chapters across the country. Rajan is a member of CII’s National Committees on HR & Skills as well as Education.
