A post graduate in Social work, Ms. Kiran Singh has a marked range of experience in the field of People Management. In a career span of more than a decade and a half, she has offered her valuable contribution in various sub functions of HR and IR. Beginning her career with an NGO in the development sector, she furthered her interest in social welfare by subsequently working with United Nations in Refugee Welfare projects and undertook several initiatives in the area of Women empowerment and Child welfare.

Ms. Singh then explored the opportunity in the corporate world and went on to join JCB India ltd -A wholly owned subsidiary of JCB UK, in the business of manufacturing Earthmovers and loaders. As a Welfare Counselor she handled the challenging role of working as a Liaison between Management and the workmen and contributed in strengthening trust and confidence amongst the workmen. Her efforts in people management were recognized and she was awarded the ‘Best People Developer’ by JCB UK management. Her subsequent assignment in JCB was of Manager –Training where she was responsible for the learning & development of the shop floor and managerial cadre across the organization.

Currently she is working in the capacity of Head HR – Corporate in Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Private Ltd. Her profile entails the whole gamut of HR activities that comprise of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management. She is a pioneer of Change Management who advocated and introduced the ‘YUVA’ management program in Mother Dairy and carved the Training function as the ‘Knowledge Center’ within the erstwhile traditional organization.

She continues to act as a pivotal resource in the function of HR and her contributions have established Mother dairy as a preferred employer in the country.
