Kevin had more than 10 years of experience in human development training and personal breakthrough coaching. Kevin is now a much-sought after corporate trainer, conference speaker, and peak performance coach. He has vast experience in the corporate world, and his last position was holding a senior role with one of the largest bank in the world, leading the leadership centre of excellence. His other corporate experience includes holding a Vice President position to head the Learning & Development department at one of the largest financial institutions in Malaysia. Prior to this, he was the Assistant Vice President in one of the leading foreign banks in Malaysia. Kevin has appeared in numerous conferences internationally, including the 7th Annual Korea Coaching Conference, 14th Annual International Conference on Thinking, and 3rd Learning World Conference. Kevin is also a certified NLP trainer and a Certified Solution Focused Coach.
