Prior to Xchanging, had a distinguished career of 20 years with the Indian Army. Delivered consistently on prestigious leadership assignments as Head/Joint Director of HR and Head/Joint Director of Operations in various Elite Head Quarters and Specialized Organizations. 'Built Capability' for 243,000 employees at the last assignment with the Army while posted at Army HQ New Delhi.

During the Armed Forces carrier was "thrice awarded for Exemplary Professional Excellence".

An Alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Defence Services Staff College, National Defence Academy and St Xaviers Delhi. Pursuing Fellowship in HRD and OD from the Academy of HRD.
