John Taya is the Executive Director Organisational Development at Main Roads Western Australia and is responsible for the strategic planning of the organisation, Human Resource Management, Human Capital Management, Cultural Corporate Governance, Innovation and Internal Communication.

He worked as a Director with the Department of the Premier & Cabinet in Western Australia implementing shared services covering a workforce of over 100,000 employees.

John has worked in an executive capacity in both the Public and Private Sectors in Australia and in London.

John has lectured in the MBA programs at the Graduate School of Management at the University of Western Australia, Chifley Business School and at the Graduate School of Business at Curtin University specialising in the areas of Management, Organisational Development and Industrial Relations.
