Elaine ispassionate about business responsibility and transparency, sustainability reporting and social justice. Elaine is the co-founder and managing partner of Beyond Business Ltd (www.b-yond.biz/en) ,a leading CSR consulting and sustainability reporting firm, serving a long list of international companies and nonprofit clients. These include Danisco A/S, CSRwire LLC, Fenton Communications (USA), Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, Elbit Systems Ltd, ECI Telecom Ltd, Ness Technologies Inc., Bagir Group Ltd, G4S Israel, Motorola Israel, HP Indigo, Microsoft R&D Israel, Mehadrin Tnuport Ltd, 888 Holdings plc and many more. Elaine's work with clients includes Sustainability Strategy Development, supporting the development and implementation of CSR policies, plans and programs, and Sustainability Reporting (using the Global Reporting Initiative Framework). This includes supporting clients in engaging with the United Nations Global Compact and writing their Communication on Progress documents. In addition, Elaine is expert in the practical implementation of embedding sustainability in organizations through leveraging sustainability culture, responsible workplace practices and Human Resources functional leadership.

Prior to work in this field, Elaine gained over 20 years of business experience with Procter & Gamble (8 years in Supply Chain executive roles in Europe), with Unilever (8 years as VP for Human Resources with Unilever Israel) and a range of other roles with smaller Companies.

Elaine makes a contribution to the community as a Board Member of a Women's Empowerment non-profit(www.esheet.org.il) and supporting academic programs on sustainability.
