VII. Speaker at international conferences (World HRD Congress, Asia Retail Congress, ASIA Pacific HRM Congress, World        OD Summit).

VIII. Internationally certified for varied Leadership Assessment and Leadership Coaching tools. During his OD          assignments, he has designed various interventions in consultation with the client requirement. He has done          extensive work in the areas of Organizational diagnosis, Leadership Development, Organizational culture and          establishing employee connect, Organization Strategy Building, Cross Functional Synergy building, etc., He has          played the role of internal as well as external change agent with Sodexo (1 & ½ years) Radhakrishna Group (2          years), Tata Chemical (6 months), Gujarat Gas (6 months), Medusind Solutions (1 & 1/2 years), Sibridge          Technologies (1 & 1/2 years) He has conducted more than 500 workshops spread over industry and academia. He is          doing extensive research on the areas of entrepreneurship and family business models.
