Adrienne A. Isakovic, Ph.D., is an innovative HR professional who has worked in the Middle East for over 12 years in both government and private sector organizations. During her time in senior HR management roles she has had the challenge of creating three different Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development units from scratch. She is an active presenter, researcher, award-winning instructor, and mentor to fresh graduate employees and executive leaders alike. She recently won a 2011 Global HR Leadership Award at the Asia Pacific HRM Congress. Her efforts at building and improving orientation/induction programs for new employees have resulted in an increase in customer satisfaction excellence ratings from 54% to over 80%. Adrienne's research focuses on self-initiating expatriates, expatriate adjustment, and the psychological employment contract in the workplace.
