Puneet Jetli is Vice President and Global Head of MindTree’s People Function.
 
In this role, Puneet is responsible for overall planning, development, execution and continuous improvement of the People function activities in MindTree. He is also responsible for ensuring that MindTree becomes an Employer of Choice and an admired workplace with innovative people policies, practices and systems.

In his earlier roles at MindTree, he was a key member of the IT Services team and was responsible for developing, managing and growing relationships with several key customers in multiple geographies. He was also involved in setting up MindTree’s operations in ASEAN.

Prior to joining MindTree, Puneet has worked with Wipro and Mastek. Puneet has an Engineering degree from Engineering College Jabalpur and an MBA from Banaras Hindu University (BHU).

Puneet has been a member of CII’s National Committee on HR and IR/ER for 2006-07 and 2007-08. He was recognized as “HR Manager of the year” by Deccan Avenues in 2007.
