Lynne
Morton is a globally recognized thought leader in talent management,
with a cross-functional career in corporate leadership, management
consulting, and executive coaching. President/Principal of the NYC-based
consultancy Performance Improvement (PI) Solutions, Inc., Lynne
focuses her work on aligning three factors – behavior + process
+ results.
Prior to forming PI Solutions in 2001, Lynne Morton
was Associate Director, Global Knowledge Management at PricewaterhouseCoopers
and Vice President for Quality, Marsh & McLennan Cos. She is
also co-Founder of TalentScope and served as its Chief Operating
and Marketing Officer for much of 2008. She began her career in
the arts and marketing worlds.
Lynne has been featured in publications around
the world via interviews (e.g., CFO Magazine, Black Enterprise,
HRM Singapore, HR Mag. Australia) and has contributed articles/book
chapters (e.g., HR Frontiers: Shifting Borders & Changing Boundaries
- IHRIM, 2007- and Global Talent - HCI, 2006.) She has published
research on many strategic issues, including having authored the
seminal studies Integrated and Integrative Talent Management: A
Strategic HR Framework and Talent Value Imperatives, both published
