Judy Newgreen, Director Asia & Australia, PRIORITY ONE TRAINING is a highly experienced trainer, facilitator and presenter who is working extensively across the Corporate sector in Hong Kong, Singapore and in the Corporate, Government sectors in Australia.

Judy’s specific expertise is in working with high profile international clients to achieve ‘Great Leadership’.

Judy develops, designs and conducts specifically tailored leadership training programs that deliver the skills and behaviours critical to people management, the application of flexible work practices and the establishment of a values-based workplace culture.

Management is responsible and must be accountable for leading their people through the good and the tough times. Indisputable evidence confirms that people who are fully engaged, respected and feel valued by management for their input, become an energised, committed and productive workforce.

Judy Newgreen and Co-Director Ian Newgreen established PRIORITY ONE TRAINING in 1995. Together they have developed a range of Leadership training programs that draw upon the experiences and knowledge of managers at all levels to challenge ‘what they do’ and ‘how they do it’, giving them the insight, knowledge and skills to ‘do it better’.

The PRIORITY ONE TRAINING ‘Leadership Essentials – Work, People, Self’ training program is currently under license to a Japanese Bank and is being conducted in eleven locations across Asia.

Judy co-authored ‘Leading the Way - a Development Guide for Managers’ distributed to managers across the Government sector (Australia). Judy developed a leadership training program to accompany the Guide. Judy has written articles for Human Resource journals in Hong Kong and Singapore on the topics of flexible work practices and work/life balance, organisational values and managing performance.

Judy has applied the vast experience she has gained from working with management at all levels as they deal with work/life balance issues, together with her extensive research on the topic, to create lifeMoves®; a strategy for retaining and attracting highly professional people through managing flexible work practices.

The lifeMoves® training program currently being delivered to high profile clients in Asia and Australia, focuses on the development of the crucial leadership attitudes, behaviours and skills required to apply flexible practices to how, when and where people work.Judy has a dynamic, entertaining training and presentation style that fully engages and empowers others in their learning.
