More than 19 years in Human Resources Management’s area. Now work as Head of Human Resources Nokia Siemens Networks-Indonesia, the leading telecommunication network company. Previously, for more than 12 years, working for other MNC environment as Country HR Director TNT Indonesia.

Received 2006 HRD Asia Congress Award, for category Contribution to the Organization. In his era, TNT Indonesia is the first company in Indonesia certified for Investor in People (IIP)-international standardization for people learning & development, and the first service company certified SA 8000 for HR practices.

In 2006 & 2007 , TNT is awarded the Employer Choice by HAY & SWA, and HR Excellence by SWA & Management Institute of University of Indonesia, and in 2008 received MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise) from Teleos and Dunamis. Also got Bipartite award from Vice President Republic Indonesia on 2005 for Best Industrial Relations’s practice.

Actively involve in local HR Community and HR Association.
Now, also share the experience & knowledge as Guest Speaker in many Conferences, University, Seminar and Training; especially for topic : Strategic HRM, People and Career Development, Reward & Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management and Employee Engagement.
