Anita Ramachandran is the Founder of Cerebrus Consultants and a well known authority on Rewards.
Anita began her career in the Management Consultancy division of AF Ferguson & Co. in Mumbai in 1976 as the first woman consultant in the firm. In her nineteen years stint with AFF, she worked in various parts of the country and was finally a Director of the firm.
Anita founded Cerebrus Consultants in 1995 to focus on HR consulting including Organisation transformation. Her reputation and innovative work helped her build Cerebrus into a national presence in 5 years. Anita has written widely on the Rewards area in several local and international magazines. She wrote for 8 years in Business India, a well known column called "Job Watch".
Anita is a MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai and has won several academic honours. She has graduated from R.A. Poddar College of Commerce, Mumbai University. She was a Dorab Tata scholar for 6 years through her college education and won several prizes at the University level in both graduate and post graduate level. She also pursued several extracurricular activities in her college days and has won several prizes for debating and writing.
Anita champions several women's issues and is currently the Chairperson for TiE Stree Shakti.
Anita is an independent Director on the board of several well known companies including UTI AMC, HCL Infosystems, Geometric Software and Godrej & Boyce.
Anita is married and has two children, who live in the USA.
Animesh brings two decades of Human Resources generalist experience in the field of Human Resources. He has successfully led organizational interventions in culture & change management, designing rewards frameworks, organizational development and in building high performance organizations across a wide spectrum. He has worked extensively in managing post acquisition integration and brings a deep insight on how to effectively leverage human capital in acquisition plays.
At IDFC, Animesh leads the Human Resources and Corporate Services agenda and is the Co-CEO of the IDFC Foundation. In these roles he is responsible for managing organizational transformation and internal service delivery ensuring that not only is IDFC a preferred employer but it is also able to leverage human capital more effectively in delivering its purpose of nation building. In addition, in his role as the Co-CEO of the Foundation, Animesh is responsible for shaping the agenda of the Foundation and the build out of the Foundation's activities – research, incubating pilots & experiments and advocacy to improve the delivery of public infrastructure and services.
