    Deep Singhania is Senior Vice President and Global Head-Growth Strategy for Emerio Globesoft Pte Ltd, an NTT Communications company, part of NTT Japan. Prior to this, he had been Country Head for Tata Consultancy Services in Singapore and then Regional Director-APEJ for Nucleus Software. An IT veteran with 23 years of experience, including 18 years in Tata, Deep is currently responsible for driving business growth strategy for Emerioglobally covering Roadmap, Services, Solutions, People, Customer, Relationships, Geography, Partnerships, Alliances etc. His extensive experience in global business management includes regional head responsibilities for Far East, Middle East and other region comprising 360 degree functions including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Partnering, Alliances and Support Functions. On the industry front, Deep is part of Singapore Computer Society ExCo for 6 years and has served in ExCo of Association of Infocomm Security Professional.     Lisa Maria John works at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Limited (abbreviated as RBEI), responsible for Strategy Development for one of the four Business Units at RBEI. Strategy formulation, identification of new business areas for investment, go-to-market strategy are some of the topics that she works extensively on. Lisa joined RBEI in 2010 as part of the Junior Managers Program (JMP Program) which is a global leadership program at the Bosch Group. During the two year JMP Program, she has worked on projects across different functions – Corporate Strategy, Sales and Marketing, HR, Corporate Communication and Change Management. She comes with strong cross-cultural experience and international exposure having lived and worked in India and Germany, and travelled to over 15 countries. Lisa completed her B.E. from Anna University, Chennai and worked with Infosys Technologies Limited for two years. Prior to joining Bosch, she completed her post graduation in management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.     Rajiv Noronha, General Manager - HR and Head – Organizational Effectivenessat Tata Consultancy Services and plays multiple roles at TCS BPS Unit. As Head for Organizational Effectiveness he is responsible for Talent Analytics, Employer Branding and Industry Academia Interface for the BPS Entity. He is also HR Head for the Analytics & Insights Business Unit of TCS and HR Head for Bangalore Branch of BPS.

    He has driven a very robust employer branding program for TCS BPS to create awareness of the BPS industry among college graduates across the country. He has worked with leading colleges and universities to take industry relevant curriculum to degree colleges and his efforts have borne fruit with the launch of the world's first degree level specialization in Business Process Services both at B.Com and BBA level. Rajiv has also contributed to several industry level programs both as a Program Manager and Industry Expert under NASSCOM and CII umbrellas.

    Rajiv'sHR Analytics team at TCS BPS won the first Peoples Award in HR Analytics by SHRM in 2012.

    Rajiv has been a adjunct faculty at Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) since 2007 and has designed and offered different courses in International HRM, Competency Based HR Systems and Organization Development.

    Personally he has received the HR Leadership Awards by Lokamt Times Group in 2014, Award for HR Leadership at Asia's Employer Branding Awards Singapore in 2012 and many otherrecognitions for his contribution to practice, industry and acadmia.
