Aparna is currently Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Community Business. She focuses on developing new projects and promoting Community Business' diversity work. She is based in Hong Kong.
Aparna is the co-author of Community Business' latest publication in India, Standard Chartered Bank: "Women on Corporate Boards in India 2010". Further, she has also spoken at various Diversity & Inclusion events and forums around the Asian region : NASSCOM - Generational Diversity, Goldman Sachs – Asia Diversity Month, Accenture Inclusion & Diversity Forum and the British Council.
She started her career as a Consultant with the erstwhile Arthur Andersen and has also worked with Ernst & Young and Kingfisher Airlines. She has 9 years of experience in human resources which includes leadership development, talent management and developing HR strategies/ solutions. In her last assignment, Aparna was Senior Manager – Human Resources with Kingfisher Airlines in Mumbai, India and played a key role in setting up the human resources function of Kingfisher Airlines from the company's inception.
Aparna holds a Diploma in Business Management & Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Commerce from University of Bombay, India and relocated to Hong Kong in year 2010.

KS Meenakshi heads Mumbai Centers of Excellence (CoE) in Powai which has about 700 employees as well as Human Resources for Credit Suisse India covering about 2700 employees across the various entities. The Mumbai CoE is one of the four CoEs that the Bank operates around the globe. The Mumbai CoE footprint covers high end Investment Banking (IB) and Private Banking (PB) services focusing on Quant modelling, Research and Analytics. There is a large CRO and CIO team that generate significant value for the bank through services in Strategic Risk, Credit Risk, Market Risk and Investment Banking Technologies respectively.
Meenakshi joined Credit Suisse in 2008 and is a member of the India Operating Committee, APAC HR Governance team and Global CoE HR Operating Committee. She is the Chairperson of the India Charity / Philanthropy Committee. She is also an active Steering Committee Champion for the Women's Forum in India.
Meenakshi joined Credit Suisse from Lehman Brothers where she was responsible for establishing Human Resources function for their Banking and Private Equity divisions in India. She was also actively involved in hiring and setting up HR for their Global Service Centre in Powai, Mumbai. In the early part of her career she worked with the Mahindra & Mahindra Group in Corporate HR across their Automotive & Tractor Sectors and the Information Technology Sectors. Her final assignment with the Mahindra group was as Director – HR for one of their IT consulting company.
She has a passion for application oriented Leadership & Behavioural Interventions. She has done extensive work in the area of Organizational development, Role Competency modelling, Assessment Centres and Leadership Training.
Meenakshi has an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Mumbai.
She is married and has a 13 year old son. She is a resident of Mumbai, India.
