    Pandit is a highly accomplished business leader having held leadership positions in reputed companies across several industries both in India and overseas.

    He started his career with Pond's India (which became a part of Unilever group of companies) and held several senior sales and marketing positions. He was Vice President and Business Head for Pond's Personal Care Products Division and a member of the Executive Committee.

    He was the Regional Director – Asia Pacific for Arvind Mills based in Hong Kong and was responsible for developing business for Arvind textiles and garments in the Asia Pacific Region.

    Subsequently, he was Head Global Sales and Marketing, based in Jakarta, for one of the largest textile conglomerates in Indonesia.

    Pandit spearheaded the launch of Tata Indicom mobile services for Tata Teleservices as Chief Operating Officer for Karnataka, Mumbai and Maharashtra.

    He has been the Managing Director of SHL India since 2005, leading SHL's growth in the country, providing a range of talent assessment services to leading multinationals and Indian business groups.

    Pandit has been passionate about people development, particularly leadership development throughout his career. He is a Certified Coach and has been a coach and mentor to several senior managers within the organisations he has worked for.

    He has a Masters in Physics from Bangalore University, MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
