Guido graduated in management development in Munich and holds a masters degree. Continuous professional development in the US and the UK. He has seven yearsexperience as a line manager.Since 1982 he is a consultant and trainer in humanresources and organisation development.

He is the CEO of Lead1ng AG, the holding of Kommunikations-Kolleg AG Consulting and Training in Germany and Change International Ltd. In Ireland. The group serves clients from various industries (especially services, financial services, hi tech, logistics, food & pharmazeuticals).
