Andres Roberts is the founder and Managing Director of Eudemonic, a company that helps organisations to use creativity to change, learn and communicate more powerfully. He is also founder of the Creative Change Dialogue, a collective of individuals and organisations working to develop best practice between Organisational Development/Learning and creativity.

Eudemonic’s philosophy is that where transformation is truly engaging, meaningful and enjoyable, it will lead to deeper and longer lasting results. Eudemonic have developed a change framework around this which deepens the role of imagination, metaphor, play, rehearsal and ‘aura’ in organisations, helping them make powerful change.

Andres has worked with organisations ranging from Barclays Bank, Red Bull, the National Health Service, Bartle Bogle Hegarty (a leading international advertising agency) and many other inspiring organisations, public sector agencies and communities.

A talented strategist, communicator and producer, Andres’s work is paving a path for truly inspiring ways of helping organisations and communities to grow.
