A experienced professional with over fifteen years in the Human Resources field, the majority of which was with the responsibility for leading the entire HR function. This experience has uniquely prepared me to apply the learning from the corporate world to small to mid-sized businesses today. Having been on the "inside" for many years, I truly understand the competing challenges facing today's business leaders.
I have worked for National Health Services (NHS, UK) for 14 years as Senior HR Manager now working as HR Director for New Mowasat Holding Co: Kuwait a group of companies in Kuwait. I have presented papers in various conferences in UK, USA, Canada, France and various countries in Middle East, I have presented papers in UK, Egypt, Lebnan, Pakistan and CIPD Annual conference in USA as well. I have more then 55 publications in HR journals like HR-Magazine (SHRM, USA) and CIPD Magazine, UK.
